Our client, a law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Temp-to-Perm Facilities Assistant to help maintain both floors in their office. This person will be a catch all. Someone who can set up conference rooms for meetings, make coffees, stock kitchen supplies, and other small tasks to keep the office space clean and prepared for visitors at all times.
