Private Equity firm based in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking coverage for their Facilities Associate who is stellar! This is a very hands-on role that interfaces with all levels of the company, so presentation and professionalism is extremely important. The ideal candidate has a no task too big or small mentality and always maintains a positive and professional demeanor. Pay rate $25/hour.Responsibilities include:Maintain cleanliness of the office throughout the day (two full floors including bathrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and an outdoor patio that requires sweeping of leaves and reorganizing chairs).Emphasis on "throughout the day" - you should always be looking for something to do! This means walking around the office, cleaning door handles, stairs, conference rooms, tables, etc.; it's imperative that you are being proactive, taking initiative and not just waiting for there to be a need!Handle daily trash removal and recyclingDishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchenPerform ad hoc tasks such as setting up and cleaning conference rooms before and after meetingsAssist reception by bringing lunches up from the lobby to the kitchen daily (typically takes about an hour or 2)Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
