Front Desk/ Payroll Admin

A construction business is seeking a full-time receptionist/payroll administrator,

the primary function of the receptionist /payroll administrator is to maintain the telephone system, welcome visitors to the office, and perform office and payroll administrative functions.

Immediately greet visitors in a friendly manner. Managed multi-line telephone system and routed calls as appropriate excellent telephone etiquette excellent verbal communication skills in English, and Spanish. Receive incoming packages and prepare outgoing packages as needed enter man hours and purchase orders into a computerized database assist with administrative overflow when required including providing support to production supervisors. Order containers for job site fillings, and prepare checklists, and certificates of fitness for the buildings. Assist applicants with completing paperwork.

Requirements: Previous experience in a front desk / payroll administrator. Communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word, and Microsoft Office is a must, proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple tasks simultaneously, bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, work authorization required.
