Front Office Coordinator- Full Time 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Consulting firm seeking a Front Office Coordinator for our busy New York City office. Main responsibility is to field all incoming telephone calls. In addition, provide administrative support to other departments in the organization.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer/route ALL telephone calls

• Send all outgoing faxes

• Distribute all incoming faxes

• Distribute incoming messenger/overnight deliveries

• Request messenger services

• Create overnight air bills (Fed Ex Ship)

• Maintain/inventory/order office supplies

• Apply metered postage to ALL outgoing mail and drop off mail daily

• Maintain overnight mail supplies

• Distribute postal mail

• Book messenger pick-up/deliveries and Fed Ex

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• College grad .

• 2+ years of front desk experience. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Attention to detail and follow-up a MUST.

• Must be able to multi task.

• Proficient with MS Office.

• Teamwork and strong inter-personal skills.

• Hands-on, can-do attitude.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, less-structured, entrepreneurial environment.
