Great work opportunity in a small 90 year old family owned business in Boro Park/Bensonhrust Brooklyn area.
Seeking a friendly, outgoing and experienced person who is tech savvy, can work independently and MUST speak English.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Data Entry using Microsoft Office, Sage 100, Excel and Word
Good communications skills and be able to draft, send and follow-up through emails and phone calls to resolve customer issues
General knowledge of bookkeeping, A/R and A/P.
Daily deposits and check registering against appropriate accounts.
Process weekly payroll and make contributions as needed (child support, Its etc.)
Work as liaison with CPA providing accounting information and/or generating reports as needed.
Verifying invoices against all warehouse deliveries.
Provide general office support including processing order, invoicing, data entry and filing.
