A Tax Accounting Firm in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a Full Time Office Assistant.
Immediate hire.
The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely organized & detail-oriented and able to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner. A “people person” with exceptional customer service skills and friendly personality are musts.
Hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime evenings & weekends.
Pay is $20/hr
Responsibilities:
-Managing Schedule
-Greeting Clients
-Client Log in & Logging out
-Collating & Mailing Tax packages
-Multiple bank reconciliations and record keeping
-Paying Bills
-Keeping track of supplies & ordering
Requirements:
Experience with office administration & customer service
Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills
Proficiency with the following software: Google Sheets, Dropbox, MS- Outlook, MS - Excel (advanced), MS Word. Quickbooks a plus
Experience in finance, retail or commercial banking, accounting or tax are big pluses
College Degree Preferred
