We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist/Assistant who can handle a busy, sometimes chaotic office with confidence and a sense of humor. This role supports our Operations Manager and helps keep daily operations running — especially when I’m out (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Based on experience (evaluated during the interview process)
About the Job:
This is not a quiet or slow-paced role — our office moves quickly, and there’s always something happening. You’ll be answering phones and emails, preparing paperwork for upcoming jobs, updating the schedule, and assisting the Operations Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. Some days will feel hectic, but if you’re someone who likes to stay busy, think on your feet, and find satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly, you’ll do great here.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls: know when to take a detailed message, when to send our services form for potential bookings, and when to address or escalate an issue
Respond to emails promptly and professionally
Prepare paperwork for scheduled work and upcoming projects
Manage and adjust the daily/weekly schedule as needed
Assist the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Jump in wherever needed — flexibility and initiative are key
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, proactive, and quick to learn
Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes messy environment
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Good judgment and communication skills when handling customers or coworkers
Team-oriented but able to stay focused independently
Must love dogs — we have several in the office every day
What to Expect:
A casual, down-to-earth team with big personalities
Busy days that go by fast — never boring
A hands-on role where you’ll learn how a real, fast-moving operation works
Office dogs and plenty of laughs amid the chaos
If you’re organized (or working on it), don’t mind a little mess or noise, and enjoy being the person who holds things together, we’d love to hear from you.
To apply: Please reply with your resume and a short note about why you think you’d be a good fit.
