Real Estate Property Management company located in Upper Manhattan is seeking an experienced handyman to join the facilities maintenance team to provide leave coverage for 3-6 months. This position will start ASAP, requiring 5 days on-site from 8am-5pm daily. The handyman is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of the property including all common areas, hallways, stairwell, perimeter of buildings, courtyards, basements, and alleys. The successful candidate will have a positive demeanor and outgoing personality, and will provide excellent customer service and tenant relations.
