Position overview:
The administrative/payroll assistant interacts with agency staff to obtain Billing /payroll information and assists staff with administrative duties including answering calls and submitting bills using Avality software data entry and filing.
Bill verify and missing bill resubmitted.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming client calls and emails
Interact with clients to obtain necessary payroll information

Qualifications:
Professional attitude and high level of customer service
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Ability to multitask and work within team environment
Computer knowledge must.
