We are a thriving and expanding insurance business seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to support operations and contribute to our ongoing success.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexibility for earlier hours on Fridays).
- Compensation: Generous and competitive, commensurate with skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including tasks unique to the insurance industry.
- Assist with client intake, data collection, and analysis.
- Coordinate client transactions and operational processes across teams for successful outcomes.
- Conduct research and provide development support for projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with and assist management to execute operational plans and drive expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and work independently to support operations.
- Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Keen problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Industry experience (preferred but not required—comprehensive training will be provided).
