The Eli Cohen Insurance Agency is looking for a seasoned experienced sales producer to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Founded in 2010, we specialize in auto, home, and all types of business insurance. As a sales producer, you will work our in house accounts, selling and writing personal and commercial insurance policies. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, develop relationships with clients, be able to stay organized and meet deadlines.
General Responsibilities:
-Online quotes
-Issuing/Filing policies
-ID cards
-Submissions
-Sales calls
-Information gathering and data entry
-Billing

-W2 base salary paid bi-weekly plus competitive monthly commissions

Skills and qualifications:
-3+ years of career experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency.
-Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and listening skills
-Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce, QQCatalyst, AMS360 is a plus
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday from 9am-5:30pm and Fridays from 9am-4:30pm.
This is an in- office position. Must be able to commute to Brooklyn, NY.
Compensation:
Salary: $45-55k base plus $2k-$5k a month commissions
