Duties:
Friendly customer service, answering phones, sending emails and following-up with our customers.
Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance
availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions
and billing clarification.
Supporting the broker in all other administrative tasks.
Salary and commission depend on experience.
Definitely a career track position in a wonderful small busy office.
