Global Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Investment Assistant to support up to 3 analyst. This position will start ASAP and require 4 days in office with one work from home up to the team's discretion. This is an open-ended assignment. Hours are flexible around 8am-5:30pm, availability for OT as needed.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.Adapt quickly to last-minute changes in travel plans and itineraries, finding efficient solutions to minimize disruptions.Manage calendars and coordinate meetings with industry experts, research providers and internal stakeholders.Maintain a flexible schedule and be available for communication outside of regular business hours when necessary.Assist with tracking meetings and projects in internal systems.Prepare expense reports; maintain strong understanding of T&E and compliance pre-approval policies.Assist with event planning and ad hoc projects as required.Provide back-up coverage for 1-2 Investment Assistants. Qualifications:Degree required5+ years of experience in a support role out of finance.Excellent organization and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Demonstrated customer service orientation.Support experience within a team environment.
