Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner

Schedule appointments and manage event bookings

Maintain accurate records, contracts, and client files

Coordinate with kitchen, event planning, and management teams

Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping

Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests

Qualifications:

Strong command of written and spoken English (fluent)
