We’re hiring a full-time Office Administrator for our office on Avenue J in Midwood, Brooklyn. Duties include clerical tasks, data entry, scheduling, and some billing.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills with staff and clients

Proficiency in Excel and Adobe

Previous office experience

Being a Notary is a plus

Pay: $23–$27/hour based on experience
