Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop valuable administrative skills. Previous fine jewelry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Utilize computer systems to schedule appointments, manage client records, and perform data entry tasks.

- Provide administrative support, including inventory tracking and labeling merchandise.

Hours are :

Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 7:30pm

Wednesday - 9am -1pm

Friday - 9am - 4pm

Sunday - 10am - 1:30pm

Closed Monday & Saturdays

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills.

-Must possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. 1 years.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
