We are a staffing agency working with one of our University clients, they need temporary help with their locker assignments for the students this upcoming semester. The right person will be good speaking with the College Students, track things in excel, be organized and good communicator.
The position is looking to start 8/11 and run through the end of September or Early October. This role will be in the office (just south of Union Square), Monday-Friday, 9-5. Please note that the school does have summer Fridays until August 22. The first 2 weeks will be Monday-Thursday and then after 8/22 will be Monday-Friday for the duration of the assignment.
General admin skills
Strong data entry skills
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office.
Physical labor because the temp will be changing the locker combinations manually
Great organization skills
Quicker learner
Great communication skills
Able to handle large groups of people at once
The ability to decline requests (calmly and respectfully)
