Office Assistant - Long Island City, New York

Long Island City company looking for an individual to perform clerical duties to maintain smooth daily activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and record keeping skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Maintain and update physical and digital filing and record systems. Answereing phones, taking service calls/customer support, drafting memos, letters, filing, data entry, scanning, ect. Provide clerical support across our office. Monday Thru Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Required skills

- High School Diploma

- Proven experience is an administrative or clerical role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong Organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and problem solving.

- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
