We are currently seeking bi-lingual(English and Mandarin) office clerks full time with in our office in Brooklyn, NY. Salary negotiable based on experience.
About The Role:
We are looking for a mature, detailed-oriented, responsible office clerk. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well under pressure. Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to the owner and assisting in the daily office tasks. Some previous experience of working in an engineer, construction office or have a construction related degree is preferred.
Job Details:
This is a position of coordination requiring attention to project details and communicating clearly with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and other parties involved. Reports to the Manager.
Performs various technical and administrative assignments often under time schedule pressure, requiring attention to small details
Analyzes and executes complex information requests with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Interfaces with all levels of the organization and external parties in a professional and effective manner. Maintains physical and digital project files. Assists with compiling and maintaining project documents. Maintains and updates various logs.
Provides other administrative support, including ordering supplies and materials, scheduling meetings, and other ad-hoc projects
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Quick Books preferred
Strong Time Management, Organizational, and Prioritization Skills
Detail Oriented Individual
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Schedule: Full-time
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Pay: Starting $16 - TBD per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Education:
Associate (Preferred) in Construction related field
Work Location: In person
