Fashion apparel brand located in Flatiron District, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Office Manager & Employee Experience Manager for the new corporate office. This position will start mid-April, require 5 days in office. Hours 9:00am-6:00pm, availability for OT as needed.Responsibilities: Guest Services & Property MaintenanceGreets clients, vendors, and visitors and notifies the respective employee(s) of their arrival.Assists clients, vendors, and visitors with general questions such as whom to contact, office hours, office locations and directions, and any other routine information requestedReceives and signs for all packages and mail; notifies the designated recipient of the deliveryAnswering and routing all calls and directing as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and organized office space by complying with company regulations and policiesManage property issues as they arise and identify appropriate vendors/suppliers to aid in problem-solvingPartner with People Team in ongoing space planning needs as it relates to the NY officeEnsure health and safety compliance as well as lead emergency preparedness and sustainability initiativesEmployee Experience & EventsSupport NY employee experience life-cycle in partnership with various members of People Team to ensure engagement is a key priority across all touchpointsManage execution of company events held in the NY office in line with the strategy and budget outlined by Senior Engagement & Employee Experience ManagerManage vendor/supplier relationships pre, during and post-eventAct as a positive representative of the brand in all interactionsQualifications: High School diploma, certificate or official equivalent3+ years' experience in a professional office environment providing Office Services support and 1+ years' of event coordination experienceExceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal professionally with clients, vendors and associates on the phone and in personAbility to adapt to different people, situations and changing priorities with grace and flexibility as well as demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgencyStrong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to be creative in a variety of different arenasCompensation/Benefits: DOE 80K -115K perm base depending on experienceMedical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 18 days PTO; 10 mental health days/personal/sick days in addition to PTO. We also close the office fully 2x per year.
