Job Description
The Office Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, support the Office Manager, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Russian & English Language Required to obtain this position
- Assist the Office Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support the team with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
