Responsibilities:
Light bookkeeping (AR/AP and expense reconciliation)
Customer outreach and follow-up
Office management and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Basic experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus
Must be reliable, polished, and good-natured
