Our client, an alternative investment management and advisory firm, is seeking an Office Manager/Receptionist to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5pm and in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Serve as face of the company, including greeting guests and answering phonesOrder and maintain all office suppliesOversee conference rooms and common spaces, including approving room bookings and maintaining office cleanlinessOwn the upkeep and management of all office vendor relationsCoordinate travel, catering, and assist with company events as neededLiaise with building management for repairs, ordering new employee IDs and guest registrationAssist with ad hoc projects Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required and a GPA of 3.0 or higher1+ years in an administrative roleExceptional organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and manage projects independentlyCompensation/Benefits:Up to $55-65K base + discretionary bonus and paid overtimePre tax transit benefitsFree lunch Tuesdays/WednesdaysBagels on Monday, Thursday happy hour and snacks in the office20 PTO daysMedical, dental and vision paid by firm401K with matchBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
