Job description:
We are currently hiring Reprographics Associate to represent Forrest Solutions and our client, a legal/ financial firm. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in a print production environment and office services within a corporate atmosphere.
This is a permanent job
Location: Midtown West Manhattan.
SHIFT : Saturday 3:00 pm to 12:00 am Sunday to Wednesday 5:00 pm to 2:00 am
Pay: $22 per hour
Job duties include but not limited to the following:
Job Responsibilities:
This position is for a scanning associate that needs the following skillset; previous copy/reprographics experience, experience prepping documents (removing staples, binder clips, slip sheets, etc), OCR'ing, batch printing/scanning, data entry, and quality control
Previous corporate/legal experience preferred
Prior experience with high volume scanning & I-Pro Copy Plus preferred
Provide copy and imaging services as requested by the customer including electronic endorsement, PDF to Native and Native to PDF or TIFF
Perform quality control checks on all output such as images, files, and blowbacks.
Qualities/Skills:
Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word/Excel and Adobe Acrobat
Able to communicate effectively with various customer departments along with senior leadership to produce accurate output that meets and exceeds customer expectations
Dependable and the ability to be flexible as assignments change frequently
A strong work ethic and demonstrates maturity
