Seeking a part-time/remote executive assistant. This role is pivotal in providing crucial administrative and marketing support to a Commercial Real Estate Broker in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Create pitch books: Utilize provided templates to compile and organize information into pitch books.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns.
- Maintain and manage email contact lists to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee and manage postcard mailing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Post promotional flyers on local and national websites to increase visibility and engagement.
- Efficiently type and draft letters and/or emails as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Outstanding organizational, administrative, and management abilities
