# Part-Time Office Manager Needed in Manhattan for startup
Are you detail-oriented and proactive? We're looking for a part-time Office Manager to join our exciting tech startup!
If you have experience managing a WeWork or similar coworking space, or have EA / Office Manager experience at a tech company, we would love to hear from you.
## Hours:
- Must be on-site at our Manhattan office from 11am-3pm, Mon-Fri. Lunch is provided every day
- Flexible additional hours available
## Your Responsibilities:
- Manage office access for employees and guests
- Coordinate lunch and keep kitchen stocked and clean
- Handle office budget and expenses
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Liaise with building management and vendors
- Assist with event planning
- Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
## What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and prompt
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to complete tasks independently
- Experience creating documentation
- Previous office management experience preferred
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications a plus
