CUSTOMER ASSISTANT/ Office Admin
Must speak English And Spanish fluently.
Duties include but are not limited:
- Answering the phone, direct calls, Scheduling, assist were possible and take messages.
-Communicate with customers/vendors and other individuals to answer questions and take down information.
- Data Entering, Filing
- Handling various administrative tasks as requested.
