Hi! I'm a busy finance executive with a lot going on, and I need someone who can assist with various tasks around my Williamsburg home.
Responsibilities:
Assist with various small tasks around the house
Perform short errands in the Williamsburg area
Coordinate household staff and building management to ensure seamless operations, including for an upcoming remodeling
Handle personal financial matters, such as bill payments and household finances
Assist with the planning and execution of special events at my residence
Requirements:
Live within the vicinity of Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably for a leader within the financial services or technology industries.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
The ability to execute tasks (and ask the right questions) in an ambiguous environment.
A "can-do" attitude that extends to every task, no matter how small.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

Compensation:
$60,000-$80,000, based on experience and availability
