Personal Assistant Lead

Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide white-glove service to senior executives in their midtown office. The hours are 9am-6pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote. Excellent opportunity for an individual who values stability and is looking to prove themselves in a newly created role.Responsibilities:Perform extensive personal calendar management, scheduling appointments for executives and their familiesArrange complex international and domestic travel plans (both commercial and private) and create detailed itineraries including ground transportation, hotel accommodations and airline reservationsDevelop and implement family support programs; work as part of a close-knit, collaborative teamManage a wide variety of tasks including scheduling personal appointments, plan events, run errands and buy giftsCoordinate payment of bills, handling car maintenance and repairs, liaise with outside vendors to complete household projects (repairs and renovations)Liaise with childcare providers and other household support staff as needed; assist with school coordination for children including schedules, tuition and applicationsRun errands, buy gifts, complete deliveries, and make restaurant reservationsQualifications:BA/BS required10+ years of high-level EA/PA experience preferably in the financial services sectorStrong Microsoft Outlook skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointExecutive presence with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all situationsProvide a superior level of service and possess a team-oriented mindsetCompensation/Benefits:Up to $175K base depending on experience with an annual discretionary bonusHealthcare benefits starting day one of employment401K with matchFree breakfast and lunch, great snacks, coffee bar, and access to a fully stocked pantryConcierge benefits and generous wellness perks including an onsite fitness centerOnce a week wellness perk including choice of chiropractic work, acupuncture, massage therapy, or manicureStock options, comprehensive medical benefits and generous PTOBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
