Royale Company - Immediate Porter/Maintenance Position

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to fill the role of Porter/Maintenance and contribute to the upkeep of prestigious properties in the NYC area.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweeping, mopping, washing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs
Vacuuming and using floor polishers
Performing janitorial duties and minor repairs
Emptying compactors and trash cans
Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways
Maintaining positive relationships with residents, tenants, and staff
Must be extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Prior experience in cleaning and handyman work is a plus
