Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Property Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 9:00am-5:30pm (flex for after hours) and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Lead a cross-functional team to ensure all corporate objectives, policies and standards are metDevelop the annual operating budget and capital plan, and present to internal stakeholders and partnersOversee vendors and maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligationsLead the Property Management support, Security and Maintenance teams throughout the propertyReview lease proposals and facilitate space tours for prospective customersMaintain customer relationships including, hospitality, and traditional operations managementCoordinate event programming to foster a community atmosphereCreate finance reports for profit and loss variances, quarterly reforecasting, and investor reportsWork with the Property Management team with projects and communicationStay on call based on building needs and operationQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required6+ years of true property management experience in commercial real estateStrong customer service skillsWell-versed in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience managing a teamGreat interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $140K base depending on experience + bonusMedical, dental, and vision coverage with employee contributionHSA/FSA and telehealth options401K with matchCommuter benefits Generous PTOBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
