Our client, a prestigious Hedge Fund, is seeking a Reception and Hospitality Team Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 7am-7pm (flex within this window) and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Supervise 7-8 receptionists and 2 Hospitality Coordinators, ensuring excellent customer serviceAssign shifts and coordinate coverage for PTO for both teamsEnsure Hospitality team is providing best in class service regarding catering, conference room set up, and facilities inspectionHandle escalated customer inquiries and complaintsConduct training sessions for new employeesProvide ongoing support to employees regarding payroll and timekeeping inquiriesHandle HR-related mattersRequirements:Bachelor's degree required5-8+ years of experience in a reception, hospitality, or facilities management roleProven experience managing a team, with excellent leadership and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Compensation:Up to $120K-130K base depending on experience + bonus10 Days PTO and 5 sick daysMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits with employee contribution401KBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
