Our receptionist has been promoted and we are looking for a replacement. Our company David Shuldiner Inc, is a 160 year old ornamental metal and glass business, that services NYC. The receptionist position is entry level here in the company but prior receptionist expierience is suggested , and job requirements include but aren't limited to answering phones, and taking messages, working with accounting team, and handling filing of AP bills, and tracking of invoices and delivery receipts further, duties include dispersing of payroll checks, receiving of new bid documents, and posting of same. Our existing receptionist will offer a full training prior to her moving to her new position. Further and most importantly the hours are 8am SHARP- 4:30PM M-F. Your salary is based on experience. Included in your compensation is PTO, and health insurance benefits, all subject to the terms of our employee handbook. We are 1 block from the Jefferson Street, L train. The most important thing to know is we expect, and require reliability, and that each and every day you are here you provide us a fair days work, you needn't be a super hero, just dependable, and glad to show up, most of the time.
