Receptionist/ Tax Office Admin Asst

Seeking EXPERIENCED front desk receptionist for a Queens tax preparation and accounting firm.

Required: 3+ years experience working in a tax/accounting firm during busy season.

Duties include:

- greeting customers and collecting tax documents

- managing the client portal and communications with clients

- obtaining signatures and payments

handling office administrative tasks including bill payments and correspondence

- onboarding clients to the client portal

- email and online marketing outreach to clients

Must be fluent and competent in written and spoken English.

Must have the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Must have prior office administrative experience in a NYC tax or accounting business and be technically savvy.

Position is Full time during tax busy season; P/T with hybrid schedule from May.
