We are seeking an organized, friendly, and efficient Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming office environment and supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, tenants, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer and route incoming calls; take messages when needed.
Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and distribute notices, letters, and correspondence.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist management with various office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred, ideally within property management or real estate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
