Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support their Asset Selection Team in NYC. The hours are 8am-6pm (need flex) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote.Responsibilities:Assist in creating and managing an extensive data libraryTrack conference attendance and expert network callsCoordinate meetings, manage calendars, and plan eventsProcess and submit expensesBook international/domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportationQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required4+ years of EA experience and experience with researchExperience with project management, preferably in finance, healthcare, and/or biotechOutgoing and communicative individual with demonstrated experience managing team calendarsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $115K base depending on experience + bonusComprehensive medical benefits (multiple health plans with 100% company paid premium for employee)Dental and VisionHealthcare concierge service401(k) plan and company matchCorporate fitness and wellbeing benefitProfit SharingBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
