Restaurant Office Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a competent Office worker to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working worker able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work together as a team.

Duties include but not limited to:

Reviewing vendor invoices and statements for discrepancies

Deal with customer complaints or issues and respond to reviews.

Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

Assist with special projects, depending on the needs of managers and staff.

Auditing customer refunds and tracking complaints and issues on online platforms

Managing accounts payable and receivable.

Basic HR and employee onboarding duties.

Requirements:

- MUST speak Spanish

- MUST be willing to travel between 3 office locations on a daily basis. MUST have a method of transportation ( Bike; Scooter; Car)

- Excellent customer service skills
