We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of our busy sales department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization and customer service. While a love for motorcycles is a plus, it’s not required.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and processing DMV paperwork accurately and efficiently
Performing data entry and maintaining customer and inventory records
Assisting with inventory management and stock updates
Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Supporting light bookkeeping and basic administrative tasks
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Qualifications:
Neat, Legible hand writing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and basic software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Experience with DMV paperwork or dealership admin work is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
