First point of contact for potential and current clientele via phone and email.
Responsible for maintaining CRM software, sub contractor logs and additional work related to
estimating and bidding work.
Distributing and maintaining project invoices and change orders throughout project.
Creating, updating and maintaining social media platforms
Mailing thank you cards, follow up emails as necessary
All related administrative work
Mon-Friday 9am-3pm and Saturday 9am-1pm
