Job Description:
Enter required data into database system
Charge payments from clients via telephone
Close communication with field employees
Prepare daily employee schedules and trip maps
Print out, Scan, Send and file contracts and receipts
Liaison with various departmental teams at OZ Moving
Assist with projects that may occur.
Enforce policies and procedures of OZ Moving
Knowledge:
Computer, printer/scanner and telecommunication applications
Delegating assignments to field employees
Mapping and assessing field routes
Applying logic to unforeseen circumstances and basic mathematics
