Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking a Senior Employee Engagement Specialist/Event Planner to join their Human Capital team in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm (need flex to work overtime) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote (flex for events schedule).Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute events programmingDevelop ideas and initiatives to improve employee engagementCoordinate cross-functional social programming and lead community-building programs for new hiresManage global events, handling production and visual elements for speaking engagements and recruiting eventsOversee technical checks and run-throughs; propose and implement new processes for management and efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required8+ years of events/programming experience, both domestic and globalStrong tech skills and familiarity with Cvent, Social Tables, Allseated, and SlidoConfident using video conferencing platforms including WebEx and ZoomCompensation/Benefits:Up to $150K base depending on experience + bonusOnly $1 per cycle for healthcareFree lunchGym onsite, free workout classes, and corporate discounts to external gymsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
