Key Responsibilities:
Prepare personal, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
Analyze P&L, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
Collaborate across the accounting team.
Understand relationship between insurance e.g. audits, worker's comp, and general liability.
Spend time uncovering our clients' businesses – specifically their financial needs and goals.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Proven 3-4+ years of experience as an accountant.
Expertise in QuickBooks, tax preparation software or other accounting software.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
