Our client, a private investment company in Midtown, is seeking a Team Assistant to support an established client-facing team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, experience managing competing priorities simultaneously, and a confident yet approachable demeanor. Duties include managing phone lines, creating PowerPoint presentations, finalizing decks, booking travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing calendars, and serving as an internal point of contact for the team. BA/BS and at least five years of administrative experience required (financial services experience strongly preferred). Hours are 8:00AM-6:00PM with flexibility for overtime needed.
