We are working with a client downtown near City Hall on their need for help handling training room setup, recordings, posting of recordings on youtube channel and editing videos on the Camtasia software.
This is a long term temporary opening, 6-8 months, person needs to be in the office Monday-Friday, 9-5.

1. Arrange/re-arrange tables and chairs for trainings/meetings in two conference rooms.
2. Set-up technology needs such as laptop, projector, mics using the control system
3. Handle customer service emails from staff and externals on various situations
4. Edit training materials that are received from trainers to compile into packet for upcoming trainings
5. Create video trainings item from completed past training as “On-Demand” recordings using the video editing software “Camtasia”
6. Publish completed video edits to YouTube platform to be accessible to staff and other non-profit organizations as an “Unlisted Video”
7. Create a new training items on the Justice Learning Center website dubbed “On-Demand video recording” from post YouTube video uploads
8. Create a folder that is stored in the city-wide database for all staff to view a library of past recorded training videos from a couple of years ago
9. Other tasks upon request
