I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Admin for a launch project.
This is a 30-day contract (March 10 - April 4) with the potential for ongoing work. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and great at keeping projects moving, I’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Market Research, Research and more Research – if you enjoy going down the rabbit hole, this position could be for you
Compile target company lists
Assist with LinkedIn networking and outreach follow-ups
Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook)
Manage email outreach (draft, send, and track responses)
Research industry events, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities
Organize leads and client communications in Google Sheets or CRM
Assist with admin tasks (data entry, meeting scheduling, document formatting)
Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin Support
Strong research and organizational skills
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email marketing, and Google Workspace
Familiarity with CRMs or lead tracking is a plus
Takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision
Hours & Compensation:
Estimated 10-15 hours per week for 30 days (March 10 - April 4)
