You will assist in creating, launching, and marketing an online course, managing consulting and speaking engagements, and supporting the development of business strategies for corporate childcare centers.
Responsibilities:
Assist with course creation: formatting materials, uploading content to platforms (Teachable/Thinkific).
Manage social media accounts: content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
Organize and maintain client databases using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho).
Handle email communication and outreach for speaking engagements.
Create and refine marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks.
Assist with project management using tools like Trello or Asana.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Canva, Teachable/Thinkific, and LinkedIn.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Familiarity with project management platforms (Trello, Asana) and CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Hours:
15–hours/week to start, with the possibility of increased hours based on performance.
Rate:
$18-20hour (based on experience and skill set).
