Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Manage rent collections, late notices, and payment issues.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Property Maintenance:
Oversee and schedule regular property inspections and maintenance tasks.
Work with vendors and contractors to handle repairs or renovations.
Ensure that common areas, building facilities, and grounds are well-maintained.
Assist the building maintenance personnel with tasks.
Administrative Support:
Handle paperwork related to lease agreements, service requests, and work orders.
Marketing & Leasing:
Assist in advertising and marketing vacant units.
Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage various aspects of property management.
Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities.
