Duties:
- Assisting The Broker And Real Estate Agents With General Office Duties, Property Listings, Agreements And Marketing!
- Must Be Extremely Detailed Oriented And Excellent At Proof Reading
- Creating Leases And Invoices
- Communicate With Clients, And Other Agents
- Must Be Comfortable Talking On The Phone And Cold Calling
- Prepare And Distribute Marketing Materials Through Canva
- Organize And Maintain Client Databases Utilizing Excel
- Handle Administrative Tasks Such As Filing Paperwork, Bookkeeping And Answering Phones.
Experience:
- Prior Experience In Customer Service Is Preferred
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational Abilities
- Knowledge Of Fair Housing Regulations
- Familiarity With Real Estate Law Is A Plus
- Proficiency In Real Estate Administrative Tasks
