Condo owner in Columbus Circle area, seeks professional in real estate or other profession who is personable and reliable. This position will pay 100. dollars for each showing and showings would be set up with 1 to 2 day notice . You would tour the condo in advance, during the week of 10/20 to learn about amenities . Then, once it is listed you will meet prospective buyers and their agents.
You will not be required to discuss any financial details , or specifics about the Board, fees, HOA or other. Your sole job would be to meet and greet and host the showing. All follow up will be completed by the sellers. This position is from late October through December.
