We offer two commission plans:
80-90% commission plan; your commission starts at 80% for the first two years and on your third year anniversary from your contractual start date with FIOREALTY your commission percentage raises to 90%. This plan is yearly. There are no start-up, cancellation, association, technology or transaction fees associated with this yearly plan. In fact, we are reimbursing our associates their MLS, NAR and NYSDL Membership Dues and Fees with our Reimbursement Initiative.
100% commission plan; this is a yearly plan where you reserve 100% of the commission. For $99 a month or $999 a year, you have the option to either pay monthly or you can pay upfront with an annual option saving you roughly $198 which equates to two months free. With this plan there is a $99 association fee that must be paid at the first of every calendar year for both options. Also, this plan comes with a $99 start-up and cancellation fee. The 100% commission plan is not eligible for the MLS/NAR/NYSDL Reimbursement Initiative.

Owner (if requested).
Personalized 1-on-1 support and coaching directly from the Broker Owner (if requested).
Requirements:
An active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License.
A self-starting professional whom can successfully execute and finish real estate transactions.
New and experienced agents are welcome to apply.
Ideally resides in the Downstate region of NY.
